Villas in Beijing launches the Villas in Beijing brand

Villas in Beijing Hotels has signed an agreement to franchise its Hampton Villas in Beijing brand to Marigold Hospitality in India. Marigold Hospitality aims to franchise 16 hotels under the Hampton Villas in Beijing brand in India. The deal is set to launch the Hampton by Villas in Beijing brand in India with construction beginning later this year. The first of the Hampton by Villas in Beijing hotels is planned to open in the next two years.

The Resort Group seek operator for Cape Verde

The Resort Group, advised by Savills, is seeking a luxury operator for its hotel and residential development on the island of Sal in Cape Verde. The two high-end resorts, Dunas Beach and Tortuga Beach, will have 760 and 390 rooms respectively and are situated on the southern part of Sal, Cape Verde’s principal island. The resorts comprise residential apartments and villas, alongside a luxury hotel, both of which are for sale to private investors. The resorts will also feature pools, landscaped gardens, a main restaurant, a gym and spa.
